Yesterday I uploaded my current favorite makeup look to my youtube channel. I find myself really starting to enjoy different products and shades at this time of year. When the evenings start getting shorter and the weather gets colder, it’s a great time to change up your makeup bag and introduce some lighter tones, berry lips and pink sassy eyes all the way!
It’s a fairly straightforward look, the base is fairly simple with foundation, powder and blush. I’ve been absolutely loving the SPF Moisturizer, and then putting the Glorious Primer over it. I apply the Skin Perfecting Concealer to cover those MAMA bags and pat on the lightest Scarlet on my trouble areas and let it sit while I do my hair. Apply the Liquid Touch Foundation and presto no more bags or trouble areas for a flawless look. The Pressed Stunning Blush and Sunset Bronzer to give some color! It’s a great base to start with and give such a natural look. I have then been warming up my collection with a splash of Al a Mode, a really natural looking luminizer, and finishing it off with a dusting of setting spray.
This look has become one of my favorites,Spring is my favorite time of year so I love having a look to go with it! Let me know in the comments what your favorite beauty products for this time of year are!

A whole Lotta LOVE!!
Nothing says “I love you” like a valentines flatlay. With valentines day just around the corner, I thought it was a great time to put together a few new bits i’d received or purchased recently. Most of which are perfect for this loved-up day, but are also just very pretty in general. I am someone who believes love should be expressed all year round, and not just one particular day, therefore these products will be well loved beyond February 14th (plus, look how pretty all this packaging is). A couple of my favourite bits include the “The Addiction” eyeshadow palettes and , Liquid Matte Liquid Lipsticks, Lip Bon Bons & you certainly can’t go wrong with some deserts. Whether you’re running out and grabbing these for your partner after reading this, or treating yourself on a day that means absolutely nothing to you, I hope it’s injected a little bit of love!

Small Eyes, Straight Lashes?????
There are some things in this world that are inexplicable: What really happened at Roswell? Or what came first, the chicken or the egg? Sure these may not keep you up at night, but one mystery LeatherandLashes.com was intent on solving involved stubbornly-straight eyelashes. When it comes to small lashes, small eye makeup, the most common complaint is lashes that seem to be forever answering the question, "Where's the ground?" "Down there," they say. Straight down.
See tips on how to fix straight eyelashes now.
While this is most prevalent for Asian women, those of Eastern European and Spanish descent also deal with stubbornly straight lashes. The Essential Beauty and Makeup Guide for Straight Lash Women), we can finally take this case out of the Unsolvable Mysteries file. My struggle is real!!!
We've learned lashes that don't curl are primarily due to a lack of a double crease. The monolid forces lashes to grow straight down. Plus, the lid covers the base of the lashes making them look shorter than they are.
Curled lashes make eyes look prettier, finished, feminine and sexy. And now there's no reason why you can't have them too. Look no further than this guide to finally get those darn lashes to curl -- and stay curled.
While we may never know what happened at Roswell, at least this makeup conundrum is solved. See tips below on how to fix straight eyelashes now.
It may sound crazy, but with daily use of the curler, "you can actually train your lashes to curl." Initially, lashes are more resistant to curling, so you may have to hold down on the curler longer for the first few weeks. But eventually they will learn and you'll see a difference, so don't be discouraged after the first few times and continue to curl dutifully.
