Does it get any more festive than a bright red lip? I think not, in fact i’ve been rocking a red lip most of November and December! I actually love wearing one all year round but they just feel extra special at Christmas. Today I’m sharing my top 3 red lipsticks, which was actually so hard to narrow down. Three of these are matte shades, I find a matte red is just so much more wearable, yet can help create such a bold look which is perfect for parties and special occasions. Matte shades are also a bit more long lasting, and with something as bold as a red lip, you want these to last well and with limited smudging.

These 3 shades (Sizziling, Stoic, Stubborn) are the ones that I always reach for when I want to create a bright look that compliments a more neutral eye and that can be worn either day or night! What is your favourite go-to red lip shade?

How to Look Good Without Makep

Truth is, you don't need to wear makeup to look good. Women use makeup to enhance their looks and natural beauty, but it doesn't mean they won't look good without makeup, right?
But if you're still self conscious about your skin looks, here are a few tips on how to look good without makeup on:
  • Use protection! Meaning... sunscreen! Every day, even when it's cloudy outside. This massively prevents wrinkles and dark spots on your face.
  • Vitamin C - it's not just good for winter colds, a good cup of Vitamin C by the morning will help fight free radicals that harm your skin.
  • Don't touch your face. Really, avoid scratching and touching your face, especially when it comes to pimples and blemishes. Just avoid touching them at all!
  • Scrub, scrub, scrub! Use a product like Younique Illuminate everyday to remove all of the impurities and dead cells.
  • Tone it up! Natural products are the best, so after cleaning your face, give it a splash of Rose Water, for a revitalizing moisture

Why You Shouldn't Sleep with Makeup On!!

There are many reasons why you shouldn't go to bed before cleaning your makeup. Below you can find the reasons why you shouldn't sleep with makeup:

  • Makeup dehydrates your skin;
  • Makeup leaves your skin dull, with no natural shine;
  • It will clog the pores, preventing the skin from breathing;
  • Contributes to growth of blackheads and whiteheads;
  • Accelerates the skin aging process;
  • It will make your skin look older;
  • Increases proliferation of bacteria in the skin itself, reducing its oxygenation;
  • For those who have oily skin, it further increases the oiliness of the skin;
  • For those who have dry skin, it further increases skin dryness.

And your pillow always looks like it's been through a war!

So please be sure that you always remove your makeup at night. To complement the process, clean your skin with Shine Makeup Remover Cloths and then use  Rose Water. It's a versatile beauty application in full bloom! Pure and natural. www.magicwandlashes.com

And, no more panda eyes!
